Guided Wheel Throwing Class

The guided wheel throwing class allows you to focus on your skills. This class is designed for those wanting to learn at their own pace or for those with only a little experience in this form of pottery. With a class size of 6 there is plenty of attention given, to ask questions and to hone your skills.
Students require half a bag of clay for the session, which is included in the price. If more clay is required, it can be purchased.
Guided sessions are 3 hours.
Minimum of 3 (ideally 4) classes are required to finish your pieces on the wheel.
Once pieces are glazed and fired there is a small cost of $5/kilo for completed pots.
Private Group Classes
$160 PER PERSON (3-6 PEOPLE)
A private class involves two hours of tuition wherein students will be guided through the foundations of wheel throwing (intermediate and advanced students are also welcome). Pieces will be trimmed and glazed by the studio, and available to be collected from the studio or shipped - typically within 3-4 weeks of class. Students are also also welcome to book in for scheduled Guided Wheel Throwing Classes if is preferred to finish (trim and glaze) the pots themselves. Private classes include all materials, clay, and tools.

Learn to Throw Full Day Workshop
BOOK 5 HRS @ $260.00 AUD
An all day workshop held on Saturdays and Sundays. In these workshops you will learn the process of what it takes to create those special one-off pieces on the wheel. The day includes all materials, clay, tools and lunch from our favourite local eatery.
Please note these workshops are by request only. Also redeemable for 3 three hour casual classes.
